Yes we deliver to all states and territories in Australia.

Our Rucker has the highest warranty compared to our competitors and also has the highest weight rating. Our Ruck plates are the only Australian made on the market.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
We currently only ship throughout Australia. Please contact us for international requests.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER IVE PLACED MY ORDER?
We use Australia Post to deliver our products as they deliver Australia wide . As Rucking products are heavy and expensive to send we cover up to half of the costs of shipping to keep the costs down for our customers purchasing in remote areas.

Our products are all proudly Australian designed. Our Backpacks are made in our ISO Certified factory in Vietnam by one of the worlds leading manufacturers in hiking and military backpacks and accessories.

WHERE ARE YOUR WEIGHT PLATES DESIGNED AND MADE?
Our weight plates are proudly Australian designed and made. We are the only Rucking brand to have Australian made Ruck plates.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes our Ruck plates come with a lifetime structural warranty.
Our Backpacks come with a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

- Faulty materials
- Workmanship errors
What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper use
Modifications or repairs not performed by us or an authorised technician

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ruckaustralia.com. We will contact you directly to start the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. -
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?
Yes we will do everything we can to modify or cancel your order.
