    Yes we deliver to all states and territories in Australia.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

    We currently only ship throughout Australia. Please contact us for international requests.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER IVE PLACED MY ORDER?

    We use multiple courier services to best suit your location and specific order. As Rucking products are heavy we specifically select the best suited courier to ensure the most cost effective solution for your order and location.

  • WHERE ARE YOUR BACKPACKS DESIGNED AND MADE?

    Our products are all proudly Australian designed. Our Backpacks are made in our ISO Certified factory in Vietnam by one of the worlds leading manufacturers in hiking and military backpacks and accessories.

  • WHERE ARE YOUR WEIGHT PLATES DESIGNED AND MADE?

    Our weight plates are proudly Australian designed and made. We are the only Rucking brand to have Australian made Ruck plates.

  • THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

  • DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

    Yes our Ruck plates come with a lifetime structural warranty.

    Our Backpacks come with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    • Faulty materials
    • Workmanship errors

    What’s Not Covered:

    Normal wear and tear

    Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper use

    Modifications or repairs not performed by us or an authorised technician

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ruckaustralia.com. We will contact you directly to start the return process.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

    Yes we will do everything we can to modify or cancel your order.

    Our products all ship from our warehouse in South East Queensland.
